Kitline – Campervan Kits

Kitline has a range of campervan conversion kits that enable anyone to convert their panel van into a campervan.

The business had an existing website that was not performing as the business owners wanted, the design looked dated and the website relied on multiple plugins that affected performance and SEO.

What we did…

The team at Giraffe designed and built a new website that was both visually engaging and had superior site performance. The project required a fair degree of planning and input from client to ensure the new website had the right functionality.

The core areas that make the website do what is required are:

Product pages include ability for users to configure various criteria and so when they order a flatpack campervan kit it matches the unit and worktop colours / styles they have chosen.

Secondly each product can have a bespoke packing list, and depending on type of kit the packing list varies, when a customer makes an order the packing list gets emailed along with order to the websaite administrator (the person managing the online orders).

Lastly the checkout experience is far superior to their previous website, which relied on an outdated payment gateway that took users away from the website. The new website uses Stripe to ensure the payment interface is easy-to-use, and avoid orders not being completed.

The website went live in August 2024 and orders are going well.
